Member Support

CDCC Operations staff located in offices in Montréal and Toronto is available to:

  • Answer questions on membership
  • Handle inquiries about trade positions within the CDCC books
  • Balance trade positions between a Clearing Member's internal back office system and the CDCC books
  • Answer general questions on processes, margin requirements, collateral management, holidays, and more.

In addition, Operations is the first line of support for Clearing Members. For example, in an unexpected loss of connectivity to the CDCC Clearing Application, our representatives serve as the liaison between the Information Technology staff and the Clearing Member throughout the resolution process.
